Dr. David L. Ward, Dr. Alan Brunelli and our team utilize computer assisted periodontal charting to quickly and accurately acquire detailed information about the status of your gums and mouth. Our office uses the Florida Probe, a type of computerized charting system developed by the University of Florida to graphically show our patients the condition of their mouth, the status of their periodontal disease and any areas of concern.

By using the Florida Probe in our office, we can help our patients better understand the condition of their mouth. The highly detailed charting system of this technology pinpoints areas of concern, including pocket depth and bleeding sites, so that our patients can be fully aware of their oral health status and understand the treatment options available to them.
